Subject to these terms, we DO NOT offer refunds on the purchase of goods and not on the provision of services. 

Sewing classes are not refundable as learning is in-series. Classes cannot be made up but instructor is available for office hours weekly for questions about current project.

For ready to wear garments: Our returns period lasts for 14 days after you receive any item for credit only to use for future purchase. You MUST contact us via email for return authorization number. You are responsible to shipping of the item back to us. It must be in the same, original condition, same packaging, with original tags in tact on garment. Shipping is not refundable.

Sample garments are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT RETURNABLE. ( size of samples are listed with bust, waist, hips sizing). You may need to have the garment altered for your exact fit.

If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit.

To be eligible to return an item for a credit, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt and proof of purchase in email request and with package sent back.
Where items have been made or personalised for you, they are non-refundable unless defective.( Clients sign an acceptance of delivery form ) upon final fitting!!! Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.
If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit and will process your credit within seven business days after the returned item is confirmed to be in stated original condition.
When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
